On the first day, the team arrived in Yingde and checked into the scenic Baodun Lake Mountain Hot Spring Resort. The resort boasts 36 outdoor hot spring pools and a 1.3-kilometer “Venetian-style” waterway winding through the property. Employees could step directly from their villas into the water and swim to the central pool or communal hot springs. The team enjoyed boating along the canal and relaxing in the thermal waters—a perfect way to unwind after traveling.
Second Stop: Exploring “Cave Heaven” and a Starry Barbecue Night
On the second day, the team visited Dongtian Xianjing, also known as “Chuantian Rock.” This remarkable site blends mountains, water, caves, pools, and waterfalls into what feels like a “heaven within a cave.” That evening, a barbecue was held beneath the stars. Colleagues showcased their culinary talents, grilling and sharing food together amidst laughter and teamwork.
Third Stop: Discovering Fenglin Xiaozhen, Immersed in Seasonal Blooms
The final stop was Fenglin Xiaozhen, home to expansive flower fields that change with the seasons, displaying a vibrant palette of colors throughout the year. The team participated in a range of leisure activities: riding a sightseeing train through the karst landscape, enjoying panoramic views from a hot-air balloon, cheering beside a shout-activated fountain, boating on Lotus Lake, and exploring the Jurassic Adventure Park and petting zoo. Each activity offered a blend of relaxation, fun, and deeper connection with the natural surroundings.
Closing: Returning to Work, Stronger Together
Although brief, the retreat provided meaningful refreshment and renewal. This experience allowed us not only to appreciate the beauty of nature but also to feel the warmth of our team and ELINK’s supportive culture.
