The ETH-IMC2424M Series is a ruggedized, L2+ managed, rack-mount Ethernet switch with
24 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports and 4x 1000Base-X SFP fiber slots. Designed
for industrial environments, the ETH-IMC2424M delivers reliable network integration,
flexible fiber connectivity (single-mode and multi-mode), and advanced management capabilities.
Its hardened design and plug-and-play deployment make it ideal for connecting network devices
like IP cameras and wireless access points in harsh conditions and remote locations.

After-Sales and Warranty Policy
It is composed of online customer service and telephone customer service, providing product consultation,
remote technical support, maintenance and acceptance services.
Service Policy: Three-month replacement and three-year warranty.
Replacement: Within three months of purchasing a series of products, after testing the product failure
by technicians and man-made damage caused by non-natural disasters, the purchaser can directly
