The ETH-IMC2424MP Series is a ruggedized, L2+ managed, rack-mountable switch featuring
24 10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports with 802.3at PoE+ support and 4x 1000Base-X SFP fiber slots.
Designed for harsh environments, the switch delivers high-power PoE to multiple devices,
such as IP cameras and wireless access points. It provides flexible fiber uplink connectivity
(single-mode and multi-mode) and offers advanced management capabilities for reliable network
integration in industrial and remote applications.

After-Sales and Warranty Policy
It is composed of online customer service and telephone customer service, providing product consultation,
remote technical support, maintenance and acceptance services.
Service Policy: Three-month replacement and three-year warranty.
Replacement: Within three months of purchasing a series of products, after testing the product failure
by technicians and man-made damage caused by non-natural disasters, the purchaser can directly
go to the purchasing point to replace the same type of products.Or a product of comparable performance.
If there is no trouble in product testing, the original sample will be returned.
